90－90－90目標：談台灣愛滋病指定醫院的角色

90-90-90's Target: The Roles of AIDS Designated Hospitals in Taiwan

聯合國愛滋病規劃署（UNAIDS）及世界衛生組織，呼籲世界各國於2020年達到「90－90－90」之目標，即90％愛滋病毒感染者知道自己感染狀況、90％知情感染者有服藥、90％服藥者病毒量受到抑制。全球各國，無不全力以赴。台灣在2017年，達到79％－84％－88％，尚有努力的空間。本文以某醫院的經驗，探討台灣目前的73所疾病管制署認可的愛滋病指定醫院，在這神聖的目標下，所扮演的角色。 It's a global goal to reach Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/ AIDS (UNAIDS) 90-90-90's target (90% of people living with HIV know their HIV status, 90% of people who know their HIV-positive status are accessing treatment and 90% of people on treatment have suppressed viral loads). Taiwan's cascade of care of HIV is (79%-84%-88%) in 2017 and still needs scaling-up. This review discusses the roles of comprehensive HIV/AIDS care of designated hospitals.
