三種高山蛞蝓形態特徵與分子親緣研究

Morphology and Molecular Phylogeny of Three Anadeninus Slugs (Gastropoda: Pulmonata: Anadenidae)

比較3種高山蛞蝓生殖腺形式，Anadeninus parvipenis的陰莖最短、陰莖鞘較厚與儲精囊柄膨大呈球形；A. yangtzeensis的陰莖最肥厚且長，陰莖鞘細長；A. sechuenensis的陰莖鞘細長，長度與輸精管約等長。在COII親緣樹顯示，3種高山蛞蝓聚合呈一單系群，此分群結果與生殖腺形式一致；然歐洲蛞蝓科並無與高山蛞蝓科聚合呈一單系群，反而與黏液蛞蝓科呈一單系群，從親緣分群的結果是支持Wiktor et al.（2000）將原屬於歐洲蛞蝓科中的高山蛞蝓亞科，提升至「科」的層級。

In comparison of genitania among the three Anadeninus slugs, A. parvipenis has a shortest penis with a thick epiphallus and a broadened and nearly spherical spermtheca duct, while A. yangtzeensis has a broadened and long penis with a thin epiphallus, and A. sechuenensis has equally long and thin epiphallus and vas deferens. Based on the COII phylogenetic tree, Arionidae dose not clustered with Anadenidae but with Philomycidae to constitute a monophyletic group, supporting the proposal of Wiktor et al. (2000) to raise the subfamily Anadeninae to rank of the family Anadenidae.
