資本市場的發展與社會創新的可能性探討

Capital Market and the possibilities of Social Innovations

由於擁有全世界最發達的資本市場，美國可以說是最具代表性的企業家型資本主義。而就整個社會創新的基礎與能量而言，美國立基在資本市場而興起的創業投資產業，更是具有不可或缺的重要性。從美國的經驗，我們可以看到對於一個社會創新能量的凝聚與強化，資本市場事實上可以扮演積極的角色。其實人類的經濟發展，一直都存在著創新，然而也正是在經濟快速持續創新之後，造成了社會不均與貧富兩極化的情況，使得社會創新漸漸被視為是解決社會問題的出路。然而，問題也即在於社會創新如何可能以及如何使它可持續？在本文的探討中可見到，它其實是和社會資源是否能夠支持有關。而社會資源的創造，是和資本投入的多寡，以及是否具有持續性有關。要能夠持續的有資本投入，就需要有資本市場的建構能力，因此，從本文的探討我們發現，若想讓社會創新可以持續不斷，即在於如何讓它可以不斷地有資本願意投入與有活潑多樣的資本市場存在，而使其可以受到各種方式上的資金支持。

Because of having huge capital market, United States is the benchmark of entrepreneurship capitalism. The dynamic venture capital industries are very important for the base-setting and energy of social innovation in the United States. In short, we can see the positive role that would be played by the capital market in the case of United States. In fact, the economic development during the human history has existed many innovations already. But at the same time, it caused the unequal and polarized societies. So the social innovations have been seen as the solutions for the increased social problems gradually. Then, the big gest question is how the social innovations could be persistent? The creating of social resources is related to how much capital could put in and continuously. From the exploring of this paper, we found that if want to have continuous capital to put in, there have to been the ability to build capital market. That is to have dynamic capital in order to support various social innovations.
