乳癌術後接受Epirubicin、5-FU、cyclophosphate治療後產生腸胃副作用之中醫診療病例追蹤報告

Report of Chinese Medicine Follow-up of Patient with Side Effects of Gastrointestinal Tract after Treated with Epirubicin, 5-FU, Cyclophosphate and Breast Cancer Operation

乳癌患者常須接受手術及化學治療，在治療同時常會見到副作用產生，探究其因大多屬本虛標實，而在結合中醫之治療下，往往可有效改善患者之不適症狀。本文之病例為一名29歲女性，於接受乳癌手術及化學治療後，出現胃脹、便秘等腸胃道功能失常之案例。經診斷其本證為脾胃氣虛、氣血津液損傷，病位以脾胃為主，肝臟及血分次之。治療以健脾和胃，益氣滋陰養血為主；略佐理氣疏肝，活血化瘀，故選以香砂六君子健脾和胃為主方。經過7個月共10次之門診治療後，病患症狀獲得明顯改善，且病情穩定。

Breast cancer patient usually has to undergo surgery and chemotherapy, and the treatment will usually bring out side effects at the same time. To seek out the reason, mostly is because of the vacuity symptom. However, in combining the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the symptoms can usually be improved. The case in this article is about a 28-year-old woman who experienced bloating constipation and other symptoms of the gastrointestinal vacuity after the surgery and chemotherapy for breast cancer. The internal cause of this case is the chi flow congestion in liver and deficiency in spleen according the TCM concept, and the external cause is heat-toxin resulting from chemotherapy, the disease-bit points are in the liver, spleen and the blood. The main therapy is to enhance her health, and the supplemental therapy is to remove the pathogenic factor. The prescription is mainly based on “Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction” which is to strengthen the spleen and harmonizing the stomach. After nine times outpatient treatment during five months, her symptoms has been improved, and remained stable.
