在症候基礎上由《傷寒雜病論》的觀點看溫病的治療

The Discussion of the Treatment of “Wun Bing” by the Viewpoint of “Shang Harn Tzar Bing Luenn” in the Foundation of Symptoms and Signs

本文藉由症候對照方式說明《傷寒雜病論》對溫病之治療，以及傳統溫病治療方式之誤區。同時根據上述研究延伸說明現代中醫，不論在臨床、研究，或是教學上，應以疾病症候為依歸，並且加深症候與方劑關係的認識，落實「有是證用是藥」的中醫獨特理論，如此才能提高中醫的臨床療效，縮短後學者的摸索期。

On basis of the comparison of symptoms and signs, this article describes the treatment strategies used in “Shang Harn Tzar Bing Luenn” for “Wun Bing (the epidemic diseases accompanied by fever)” and the erroneous zone of the traditional treatments for these diseases. The conclusion regarding to this research points out that physicians practicing modern traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) no matter in the fields of clinic, research, or teaching should focus on the symptoms and signs of diseases and deepen the understanding of relationship between the symptoms,signs, and Fang Ji and implement the unique TCM theory of “Has such symptoms and signs to use such medicine”. By doing so, it is expected to enhance the curative effect in clinic and shorten the learning period of the beginners.
