中文摘要
學校護理人員是校園中執行護理照護之唯一專業人員,具促進學生、家長、教職員及社區民眾健康正向發展,以達到健康促進與安全的學習環境。本文以探討健康促進學校的意涵,進一步了解學校衛生哲理,並談到促進學生健康是學校全體教職員、家長及社會人士的共同責任,而扮演穿針引線角色,織起這張健康促進網的人,是學校護理人員。學校護理人員「織」於健康促進學校,意為健康促進理念之編織及推動,在這組織系統中擔任健康促進者的角色,為關鍵人物(key person),不僅為提供滿足健康需求的服務而謀定學校政策者,亦是計畫推動及評價者,此為多元性的角色與功能,協助親、師、生達到全人健康。
英文摘要
School nurses are the only ones who can exercise professional medical attendance on campus. Their profession reflects positively to the health development of the students, parents, faculty, and community, which builds up a learning environment where health and safety are ensured. This paper is aimed to investigate the meaning of schools that promote health to further understand school health philosophy. Health promotion is shared responsibility of the school faculty, parents, and community; school nurses, as the key in this organization system, are the coordinators who make sure this responsibility is fully shared by those parties. School nurses are not only the school policy makers who provide insight in health need but also health project promoters and evaluators. Such multifunctionality of school nurses can assist parents, the faculty, and students in achieving holistic health condition.
