目的:了解臺南市某高中進修部學生生活壓力及壓力因應策略現況,分析影響生活壓力及壓力因應策略相關因素及相關性。方法:以問卷調查法進行,回收有效問卷104份。結果:研究對象生活壓力感受較大為課業壓力與經濟壓力,最常使用的因應策略為問題解決及情緒紓解。研究對象生活壓力與「課業負擔」有顯著相關性,使用問題解決及情緒紓解的因應策略頻率會因「工作情況」不同而有顯著差異,沒有工作的學生使用因應策略的頻率較有全職工作的學生低。研究對象的生活壓力與因應策略中「問題解決」及「負面行為」呈現正相關,最後結果也發現研究對象社會人口學變項及生活壓力依序對於問題解決、負面行為及情緒紓解之因應策略有預測性。建議:建議學校舉辦相關的健康促進活動,幫助學生紓解壓力及養成使用正向積極的因應策略。
英文摘要
Purpose: This study is to investigate life stress and stress coping strategies among continuing education students in a senior high school in Tainan city. Relevant factors and correlation of life stress and stress coping strategies will also be examined. Method: We conducted a survey for continuing education students and collected 104 effective questionnaires. Results: Results showed that students reported the major pressure perception which came from academic pressure and financial pressure. The most commonly-used stress-coping strategies are problem solving and emotional relief. The frequency of using problem solving and emotional relief was associated with employment condition and academic burden. There is a positive correlation between life stress and stress-coping strategies of problem solving and negative behavior. Results showed that social demographic variables and life stress are associated with stress-coping strategies including problem solving, emotional relief and negative behaviors. Suggestions: We suggested that school should offer health promotion activities to help students cope with stress and develop positive stress-coping strategies.
