社會新鮮人實習成長歷程──以A個案旅行社內勤操作為例

即將成為社會新鮮人的大學生藉由校外實習的磨練，可以讓學生提早接觸社會（產業），再由產業回饋檢視自我，並提供學校爾後教學課程之參考依據。透過校外實習獲得職場有關知識與管理技巧，這是實習生以社會新鮮人身分踏入旅行社實習並進一步的茁壯成長。本研究以A個案旅行社的內勤操作為例，透過實際的工作與體驗，參考相關文獻資料，聚焦實習工作範圍，發現問題癥結，最後提出實習發現與具體建議事項如下：（一）建議A個案旅行社對於業務部需特別注意與防範。（二）至實習單位實習的學生應具備積極正向的態度。（三）透過實習過程定位自己方向以及增進就業能力。（四）建議學校對實習前相關課程。 Through off-campus internships, college students learn about society and themselves. Their feedback is useful for their school's subsequent courses. The off-campus internship is a place to gain knowledge and management skills in an actual workplace. This study uses the A case travel agency as an example. This study takes the internal operations of the A case travel agency as an example. Through practical work, reference to relevant literature. Make the following suggestions: (1) Special attention and prevention personnel issues of business department. (2) Interns should have a positive attitude. (3) Interns should use the internship to improve their employability. (4) Students should complete relevant courses before the internship.
