面對高齡化社會的來臨,應積極和主動轉化高齡者為「創造答案」的角色。在將來,高齡者發揮積極角色的基礎在於促進身心健康進而活躍老化。本研究探討高齡者運動政策制定內容,提出研究發現如下:一、普及觀點轉換的概念以積極面對高齡趨勢的來臨,隨時掌握長者的運動概念和活躍老化行為發展現況,以健康積極態度,提供多樣教學資源,建立研究回饋修正機制,研發創新,以符合長者的發展需求。二、強化師資、廣設課程及重視高齡者異質性,重視長者個體的異質性及課程活動規劃安排,提昇運動樂趣與高齡者發展結合,實踐生活於運動並增進活躍老化行為,以提昇老年生活品質。三、鼓勵學校與社區結合,營造優質運動生活環境,促進社會參與增進長者活躍老化,結合學校與社區不同的資源與特色,貼近現場長者的需求,提供特色運動教學和活動設計與師資。 Faced with the advent of an aging society, we should actively transform elderly into the role of “creating answers.” In the future, the foundation for elderly to play an active role is to promote physical and mental health. The study discussed the policy making for the elderly exercise policy. Several research findings were as follows:1. Disseminate the concept of conversion to actively face the advent of the trend of ageing.Keep the development of the elderly's exercises concept and active aging behavior, provide a variety of teaching resources with a healthy and positive attitude, establish a research feedback correction mechanism, and continuously develop and innovate to meet the development needs of the elderly.2.Strengthen the quality of teaching, set up courses and pay attention to the heterogeneity of elderly.Pay attention to the heterogeneity of the elderly and the planning of the curriculum activities, enhance the exercise fun and the development, practice and promote active aging behavior to enhance the quality of life in the elderly.3. Encourage schools to integrate with the communities to create a high quality exercises and living environment, and promote the elderly's social participation to the active aging.Combining the different resources and characteristics of the school and the community, and provide special exercises teaching and design for elderly on the spot.
