我國於1997年公布「藝術教育法」,此為我國藝術教育新的里程碑,定位了各級學校中藝術教育的地位。本文透過文獻探討的方式,先探討我國音樂班的演進歷程,接著分析國中生生涯發展之內涵,進而分析目前國中音樂班學生在生涯發展因素與升學選擇上的困境,提出我國未來在國中藝術才能音樂班推動學生生涯發展教育之具體策略,期能將研究結果做為主管教育機關未來在擬訂國中藝術才能音樂班生涯發展教育政策時之參考。研究分析發現,因應國中音樂班學生生涯發展因素及升學選擇困境之策略,可以先從「試探-體驗-發現」教育作為核心架構,並以(一)增加國民中學藝術才能班生涯發展經費,增加學生多元試探機會;(二)加強推動校際交流,培育專業務實的藝文人才;(三)發展多元生涯試探機制,建立學生合適之職涯觀念;(四)暢通適性之升學管道,因應社會與產業發展趨勢調整科系學程,共4項作為推動重點。 This set a milestone for art education in Taiwan. The present paper reviews the development of classes for the musically gifted in Taiwan and analyzes the career development of these students in junior high school as well as the current dilemmas for school admission. In addition, this research proposes practical strategies for the implementation of career development education, specifically for junior high school students who are musically gifted and provides a reference of relevant policies for the government. In response to the aforementioned factors and dilemmas related to career development education for musically gifted students here in Taiwan, research has found that exploring, experiencing and discovering serve as core frameworks with the following key features, 1) increase funds for the career development of junior high school art gifted classes in Taiwan and increase diverse opportunities of students' career exploration, 2) enhance interschool exchange and cultivate professional teachers of art education, 3) develop the mechanism of career exploration and establish students' positive values for career development, 4) find proper and adaptive ways of school admissions and adjust programs in accordance with the current trends in this field.
