臺大醫院WORKFLOW電子表單開發成效之探討

Discussion on the effectiveness of WORKFLOW form development in National Taiwan University Hospital

辦公室無紙化是本院近年積極努力推動的目標，其中各式表單的應用，在國內各政府機關及大型公立醫院仍以紙本流程辦理為多，而在現今資訊管理盛行時代及環保愛地球的目標下，改以電子表單流程辦理是刻不容緩的課題。藉由電子表單之開發及應用，減少傳遞耗時，提升處理效能，並且藉由實踐電子表單自動化，來達成節能省紙的目標。本專案係購入電子表單系統，再自行開發電子表單，制訂電子表單格式及標準化流程、開發通用表單、人事平時考核表單電子化、修繕請購流程電子化等。在表單電子化後，除節省紙張、紙本表單儲存空間、表單資料可完整保存、節省人力傳送成本外，表單相關資料亦可供後續統計使用。 The paperlessness of the office is a goal that our hospital has actively promoted in recent years. However, the application of various forms is still handled by paper processes in various government agencies and large public hospitals in the country. In the era of prevailing computedinformation management and environmental protection, changing to the electronic form process is an urgent task. Through the development and application of electronic forms, the time-consuming transmission is reduced, the processing efficiency is improved, and the goal of energy-saving and paper-saving is achieved by practicing electronic form process. This project purchases an electronic form system, then develops some electronic forms, formulates the electronic forms and standardization process, develops a general form, electronically examines personnel forms, and electronically repairs requisition processes. After the form is electronicized, in addition to saving paper and storage space, form data can be completely saved, and cost of manpower transmission saved, form-related data can also be used for subsequent statistics.
