中央及地方全民國防在職教育

中央及地方政府全民國防在職教育區分政府機關（構）巡迴宣導及線上數位學習（e等公務園及e學中心）兩大面向，自民國95年實施迄今，已歷9年之時間，如何在現有基礎及成效上創新精進，為本研究核心。由民國100年至102年間政府機關（構）巡迴宣導，及線上數位學習的實施成效，即授課點閱人數、學習內容、巡迴宣導單位、場次及師資人數等數據的描述、解釋、分析、歸納，繼而研提相關策進作為。在不增加組織、不調整預算且符合法制原則下，研提八項具體可行之策進作為，據以提供政府機關構全民國防在職教育精進的參考方向。 On-the-job Training on All-out Defense Education in centre and community On-the-job training of all-out defense education is divided into circulating lectures for government institutes and E-learning. It has been implemented for 8 years since 2006. The core of this research is how to improve it innovatively on the basis of the present fundamentals and effects. The effects on the implementation of circulating lectures for government and E-learning from 2011 to 2013, which are the data of the click prints of learners, contents, units, times, and the numbers of teachers, etc, are described, explained, analyzed, induced, and then proposed the further improvement on this issue. Under the principle of not increasing the budget, expending the organization, and meeting the legitimacy, there 8 proposals recommended to provide the government to advance on-the-job training of all-out defense education.
