本文主旨是在研究財團法人船舶暨海洋產業研發中心研發並且由奉珊工業股份有限公司生產製造的穩定翼系統的基礎下,使用可程式邏輯控制器(PLC)統整並取代現有的類比輸入(AI)介面、類比輸出(AO)介面、翼角回授放大電路板、翼相角轉換電路板。主要是應用新型的PLC控制器取代舊型的PLC控制器,並將此PLC控制器擴充了DI/DO模組、AI/AO模組與通訊模組,最後利用最新整合式的軟體來做規劃與編寫程式。使用此PLC控制器統整並取代原AI介面、AO介面、翼角回授放大電路板、翼相角轉換電路板,並且利用PLC的數位通訊傳輸方式可以減少繁多的線路與可能會受到的干擾,在實際的運用上以及勘誤將會更加方便,而其可靠度與品質也高上許多。
The purpose of this paper was investigated the ship stabilizers controlling system, which was developed by Ship and Ocean Industries R&D Center and produced by Funz-San Industry Co., Ltd. Based on theoretical foundation of this ship stabilizer controlling system, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) are using to integrate all programs and instead of Analog Input (AI) interface, Analog Output (AO) interface, Fin command converter and Fin feedback converter. In this paper, PLC controller added Digital Input/ Digital Output expansion module, Analog Input (AI)/Analog Output (AO) module and Communication module. In advance, the software of Siemens "TIA Portal V13 is also used to edit and compile programs. The primary advantage of using the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to integrate all systems, and replaced Analog Input (AI) Interface, Analog Output (AO) Interface, Fin command converter and Fin feedback converter could be reduced the interference of signal line and the noises. In fact, it’s more simple and convenience to be used and found out the error part in the actual application. The reliability and quality of the new ship stabilizers controlling system is higher than before one. |
