短路電流分析對船電系統設計與規直到極為重要。以往船廠在船用低壓系統之計算已具基礎,近年來,配合新標準的修改,各船級協會逐漸要求船廠在電力保護閉關設計卡必須採用新標準。本文針對目前使用最廣泛的兩種船舶短路電流計算標準IEC 61363-1及IEC 60363,提出一套分析模式,同時配合分析所需,開發一套船舶短路電流分析程式,以船舶實際資料進行實例分析比較。分析結果可作為船舶設計工程師在選用短路電流計算標準之參考。
Short circuit current analysis is an important task for ship electric power system design and planning. In the past, ship building companies have a well-done analysis for ships with low voltage system. However, in the recent years many classes have requested ship building companies to follow the new standard revised in 1998 for planning power protection devices. To understand main differences of new and old JEC standards, a comparative analysis model is proposed in this paper. Two short circuit calculation standards of IEC 61363-1 and IEC 60363 widely used in protection device designs of ship electric power systems are used for the study. In order to effectively perform the analysis, a set of computer program is also developed. Analysis results are ensured through using a practical ship electric power system and can be used to assist engineers in determining proper standards for ship short circuit current calculation. |
