在本論文中,我們運用高速照相機的拍攝,以實驗方式探討盛裝液體的載具在等速運動下,因緊急煞車而停止時,所造成的液體表面沖激現象;我們所使用的載具容器有二,一為截面為正方形、另一為截面為長方形的水槽。我們拍攝了液面的波動現象和液面以下的液體質點運動,詳細描述前幾個反射波的運動特性,並透過影像處理,研究液表面下水質點的運動特性、自然頻率,同時也探討在實驗中發現的一些現象。
In this study, we employed a high-speed camera to investigate the sloshing phenomena due to a sudden stop of a container which moved at a constant speed. Two different containers were used. One has a square cross section; the other one has a rectangular cross section. The sloshing wave motions on the free surface were described for these two containers and their features were discussed. Through the particle image processing, we clearly revealed the velocity field of sloshing flow. In addition, we also measured the fundamental resonance frequency for sloshing in the square container and found it agreed quite well with the theoretical value. |
