船電系統短路故障分析為決定適當的船上電力保護設備之必要且重要分析工作。為使短路故障分析更具系統化、彈性化、可讀性及可擴充性,本文提出以Matlab/Simulink/SimPowerSystems為基礎之短路故障電流模擬計算方法,並以一艘具備總發電量為9770kW之冷凍貨櫃輪為實例,探討船電系統在離靠碼頭、進出港口、正常航行與裝卸貨作業等不同工作狀況下,故障點位置不同時,其短路故障電流的比較,最後以IEC publication 61363-1短路故障電流計算方法加以驗證模擬結果的正確性。
Short circuit fault analysis is essential and important for determination of proper protection devices in shipboard electric power systems. To provide a systematic, flexible, readable, and expandable short circuit analysis, a Matlab/Simulind/SimPowerSystems based dynamic simulation method is proposed in this paper. A practical refrigerated container vessel with 9770kW of power generation capacity is used for the short circuit study. The short circuit currents for different fault locations under various shipboard operating situations including departure, importing, normal at sea, and cargo handling are simulated and compared. The result of the proposed method is validated by using that obtained from the method in IEC publication 61363-1. |
