降低潛體之阻力可提昇其操縱運動性能並減少其能源損耗,而最簡單且成本較低的減阻方法,就是在潛體表面塗裝減阻塗料以達到降低阻力的效果。有機矽類高分子聚合物臘質塗料(Kiss-Cote)塗佈在光滑的PU漆面上,在紊流邊界層情況時,會有很好的減阻表現,而減阻塗料是否會因為長時間在水中,由於黏滯摩擦作用而產生剝蝕(degradation)的現象,是本文研究的重點。針對流線型化潛體模型,塗裝高分子減阻塗料(Kiss-Cote),隨著時間的增長去量測及分析其阻力的變化情形,藉以驗證塗料的減阻性能是否會因為時間的關係而有降低的現象,以提供實際應用上的考量。
For the drag reduction of submerged body, the simplest and cheapest way is to coat the coating of the drag reduction on the surface of submerged body that the shape is already streamlined and the frictional drag is to be dominant; it can improve the performance of motion and lower the consumption of energy. The submerged body coated by Kiss-Cote on the smooth coating of PU has the better behavior of the drag reduction in the turbulent boundary-layer flow. Using the approach of experiment, we have found the degradation of coating on the surface of submerged body in increasing time as a result of the action of viscous friction in the turbulent boundary layer; we devote our attention to investigate the effective period of drag reduction for the submerged body under water in this study. The drag test of model to a streamlined submerged body is coated by the coating of Kiss-Cote with regard to increasing the use of time and estimating the effects of the drag reduction. |
