壓力殼為潛艦最主要之結構系統,其詳細構造尺寸很難獲得。本文以德國U209-1400型潛艦之一般佈置圖為基礎,嘗試重建其壓力殼模型,並探討結構強度。潛艦之壓力殼除了要抵抑潛深水壓,在執行任務、遭遇攻擊之際,抵抗水下爆震、克服碰撞的能力也屬必備。本文對壓力殼進行以下三種強度分析:(1)抵抗深水壓分析、(2)抵抗水下爆震分析、(3)碰撞海床分析,以驗證所建構之模型確可達到所需強度。
The pressure hull is the primary structure system of a submarine. The detail specifications are difficult to obtain due to military issue. This research is based on a general arrangement drawing of the German U209-1400 submarine. Build the numerical model of the pressure hull and analyze its strength. A pressure hull should withstand high diving pressure; the abilities of enduring underwater shocks and crashworthiness are also an essential during a mission or an attack. This study analyzed the pressure hull strength with three aspects: (1) the resistance of diving pressure, (2) the resistance of underwater shocks and (3) the capability of grounding to sea bed. The model was then demonstrated to meet the demands of structure strength. |
