本文針對複合材料螺槳進行結構分析,採用一小型鋁合金螺槳及三個複合材料螺槳為分析對象。在複合材料螺槳疊層配置上,採用[M/C/UD/SMC/UD/C/M]之材料配置方式,利用UD承受彎曲力矩、Cloth(45°)承受扭力、Mat與SMC來調適螺葉複雜之幾何外形與部分結構強度。分析上分別採用PSF2與NASTRAN於螺槳流力負荷及結構計算,並探討UD材料分別以0°、45°及-45°疊層角度配置對螺葉結構強度、變形與螺距的影響。分析結果顯示複材螺槳之強度優於鋁合金螺槳,複材螺槳的變形亦遠高於鋁合金螺槳。UD設計擺設角度不同明顯造成螺葉結構剛性與強度的改變,並影響螺葉變形與造成螺距的改變。
This paper discusses the structural analysis and lamination effects of composite marine propeller blade. An aluminum and three composite propellers were considered in this study. Four kinds of material, UD, Cloth, Mat and SMC were used in the production of blade. Lamination sequence of [M/C/UD/SMC/UD/C/M] was adopted. PSF2 and NASTRAN were used in the fluid and structural analysis in respectively. The effects on stress, deflection and pitch change of fiber orientation of UD in 0°, 45° and -45° with respect to X-axis were investigated. It is found that variations of UD orientation increase the deflection and failure index. The deflection of composite propeller is four to five times larger than aluminum propeller. It may cause performance change of composite propeller. However, the strength of composite propeller is also larger than that of aluminum propeller. |
