以產品資料管理為基礎之中小型船廠工程變更管理系統之研究

Study on Product Data Management for the System of Engineering Change Management in Intermediate Shipyards

虛擬企業被視為二十一世紀企業競爭的重要策略之一。以造船業而言，建立一個中小型船廠適用的虛擬船廠，可提高船廠的競爭力，其主要精神在於整合船廠運作過程中之活動、資源、資訊與組織，進而降低成本、提高品質與快速反應客戶的需要。產品資料管理是製造業在生產製造上一項重要依據。就造船業而言，船隻研發設計、生產製造及流程控管過程之中所有資料以及這些資訊間的相關聯資料，都必須給予規劃及整合，保持產品資訊一致性與正確性，以提昇中小型船廠產品資料管理的效率。本研究所建立的產品資料管理系統係應用虛擬船廠的架構並結合網路與資料庫技術，其範圍包括知識與運作管理、產品資料管理、圖檔與文件管理、流程管理、權限管理及通訊與通知管理之功能。系統的運作是將物料採購、生產製造、研發設計、使用維修所需的資料加以整理、轉換及儲存，透過內部網路迅速傳達到船廠相關部門，或透過網際網路及時提供船東或其他被授權者登錄使用。本研究以外銷遊艇製造業為例，在虛擬船廠上建立產品資料管理架構，並應用在工程變更管理上，以輔助實體船廠的運作管理。本計畫之研究成果將有益於國內的中小型船廠的轉型，對於其他類似產業及學者在進行相關研究時有所助益。 The virtual enterprise is regarded as one of enterprises competition important strategies in 21st century. In the shipbuilding industry, establishes a virtual shipyard for a intermediate shipyard, enhance the shipyard the competitive ability. Integrating operation process, resources, information and organization in the conformity shipyard would reduce the cost and improves the quality of the product. Product Data Management is the manufacturing industry in the production manufacture an important basis. The ships research and design, the production manufacture and flow in the program control process all materials as well as during these information is connected the material, all must give the plan and the conformity, maintenance product information uniformity and accuracy, promotes the efficiency of the product data management in intermediate shipyard. The product data management system in this study applied with virtual shipyard, network technique and database. The combination of 6 departments: knowledge and operation management, product architecture management, workflow management, authorization management, drawing and document Management, communication and notification management. Working on this PDM system by integration, transform and store manages all information: included raw material specification, process condition, equipment, R&D and customer complaint. Those data transmitted to relation department of the shipyard by intranet and provide owner or authorized others to use by internet. A case study on export pleasure boat shipyard, this research establishes product data management under virtual shipyard architecture and applies to engineering change management for assist operation management of the tradition shipyard.
