為了解臺灣地區有關學校創新經營研究之現況及趨勢,本研究以2002年至2010年間為範圍,整理歸納我國學校創新經營研究之期刊與學位論文,做為分析探討的對象。本研究首先論述學校創新經營之意義,並建構「學校創新經營之內涵架構」作為分析的基礎;其次,透過近十年來176篇期刊及學位論文之整理,從研究主題、研究年代、研究對象、研究方法及研究取向等面向,作為研究架構來進行剖析,以探究我國學校創新經營之現況發展;最後,依據研究現況與分析結果,歸納六項結論並提出建議:(一)開展多面向之學校創新經營主題探究;(二)擺脫政策導向思維,進行長期性的縱貫研究;(三)擴充較少之研究組織對象以促使研究對象多元化;(四)採用質性與量化兼顧的整合性研究方法;(五)加強新興管理理論的應用以擴展研究視野;(六)注入創新活水來營造永續發展的優質學校。
In order to analyze the recent studies and theoretical vs. empirical trends on the topicof “school innovation management” in Taiwan, this study takes journal articles, theses,and dissertations published between 2002 and 2010 for the main research objectives.Firstly, the authors discuss the meanings of “school innovation management”, and buildthe framework of “school innovation management” for the basis of analysis. Secondly,the authors collect 176 journal articles, theses, and dissertations in order to analyze in theperspective of research topics, periods, objectives, methods, and orientations. There aresix findings in this study: (1) Multi-dimensional research topics should be provided. (2)Along with short-term political impact, longitudinal studies should be conducted. (3) Theobjectives of researches should be more diverse. (4) Mixed methods should be employed.(5) Contemporary management theories should be introduced. (6) Building sustainabledevelopment and quality schools with innovation. |
