中國一直是非洲國家傳統的好朋友和發展的支持者，中非關係的本質是中國與非洲國家及其人民之間的團結、平等、真誠的夥伴關係。非洲應遵循南南合作的指導原則，抓住中國發展的機遇，排除西方國家的干擾；同時借鑒中國和非洲豐富的經驗以及相互之間的差異性、相似性和互補性，讓中非成為互利共贏的發展夥伴，各種先進南南合作形式的創新試驗基地。 China has been a traditional friend and supporter of African development. The very essence of China-Africa relations is the feeling of solidarity, equality and genuine partnership that exists between China and African countries and peoples. Africa should be under the guiding principle of Africa-China South-South cooperation, grasp the opportunity of China's development, and eliminate the interference of western countries. The Africa countries should become innovative, testing ground where advanced forms of South-South cooperation will evolve, drawing on the rich experiences of China and Africa, their differences, similarities and complementarities.
