近年來,台灣休閒慢活大行其道,不少充滿個性化的小店紛紛出籠,販賣流行小物、生活雜貨、傢俱飾品等。此外,美味的餐廳,以及可以入內放鬆一下的咖啡館也隨處可見,不僅可以提升我們的生活品質,同時也能增添人生的樂趣。坊間的書店介紹這些咖啡館、喫茶小店的書籍多不勝數。其中又以日譯中的作品為多。本研究將咖啡館飲食文化之篇章分成「環境氛圍」、「食物描述」、「心情感受」等幾三大類型進行比較,探究中日兩種語言的用詞差異;藉由兩者之分析對比,探討中日兩種文化在思維上之差異,及其翻譯中詞語搭配、技巧等種種問題。經由實例分析探討,為今後的翻譯教學提供具體之建議。
Recently in Taiwan, the phrase "slow life"is often heard. It is about life enjoyment, the attempt to increase the quality of life, fashion and household goods, interior shops; shops with such concepts and personalities have increased. In addition, restaurants those offer enjoyment of food and substantial numbers of easy and relax mood cafes. In response to the trend, a lot of popular cafes, have many books that introduce coffee shops at traveling spots. Among them, many books are translated from Japanese. We use these translations books that divided into three categories, scenery environment description, food and culture description, mood description, and compared the description methods used and their differences in both Chinese and Japanese languages. By analyzing the difference of depiction method, the differences in the idea of both languages and how words are combine and translate. |
