撐竿跳高是田徑運動中技術極為複雜的項目,動作技術的流程,可區分為持竿助跑、降竿、插竿起跳、懸吊、擺體捲背、伸展轉體、推竿過竿和落地著墊。比賽過程中選手必須具備極佳的起跳速度才能產生大量的動能,迫使撐竿產生彎竿而儲存大量的位能,然後再以撐竿所具備的位能讓選手越過一定的高度。所以,起跳速度是影響成績最主要的因素,起跳速度可分為水平速度及垂直速度,起跳過程中動作技術的優劣是決定起跳水平及垂直速度的分配,也將影響成績的表現。綜合文獻顯示:一、選手起跳動作中應減少制動時間,增加推動時間。二、起跳點水平距離應維持在上手正下方。三、起跳時加大雙手肩關節伸展角度。期望能在選手有限的助跑速度中檢視起跳動作的效率,減少速度的損失,發揮有效率的起跳速度以提高成績表現。
Pole vault is the most complex in track and field athletics. It needs a lot of skills including approaching, pole dropping, planting, take-off, penetration, swinging, rock-back, extension-rotation and clearing the bar. In any competition, excellent take-off velocity is necessary for athletes to produce a great quantity of kinetic energy which forces the pole to bend enough to generate potential energy and help athletes to clear the bar. Therefore, take-off velocity including horizontal velocity and vertical velocity is the key factor in pole vault. Excellent technique in take-off phase influences the distribution of horizontal velocity and vertical velocity which results in good performance. To sum up the literature review, here are three conclusions. One, pole vault athletes should reduce the braking time and increase the pushing time in take-off phase. Two, the take-off point has to keep in the vertical line of the upper hand grasping point to the ground. Three, enlarge the stretching angle of shoulder joints in take-off. We expect athletes to examine every movement in take-off phase to maintain efficient take-off velocity and reduce horizontal velocity lose and finally they can exert themselves to improve their performance. |
