台灣的製鞋工業位居世界之要,在運動鞋品牌的競爭市場中,每季鞋款的研發製成功量產仰賴各式專案經理協助運作,為因應各專案之特性,專案經理須具備多元職能與角色。本研究針對國內兩大運動鞋業製造商專案經理,進行社會職能與專案伙伴滿意度之問卷調查,採立意取樣方式,共發放320份問卷,回收有效份數為308份,回收率96%。結果發現:運動鞋業專案經理背景因素方面,以男性居多,年齡35歲以下,專案年資1-5年;其社會職能的表現,以社交敏感度和洞察力表現最佳,在團隊管理能力表現最低,研究結果以可供國內運動鞋業界人力資源管理效能提升之參考與訓練,期盼臺灣運動鞋業再創新局。
Purpose: This study attempted to identify the social competencies of project managers in sport footwear industry. Method: 308 valid questionnaires were collected and descriptive statistics and independent t test and ANOVA were used to examine the demographic effect on project satisfaction. Results and Discussions: The findings facilitate the understanding of the asymmetric relationship between social competencies involving individual factors and overall project satisfaction, nonetheless, the result will help project managers to develop and enhance their managerial skills and personal relationship building skills that led to better project performance in Taiwan sport footwear industry. |
