近年來有許多的外來植物在台灣歸化，本研究提出另一種歸化於台灣中南部，原產於熱帶亞洲與非洲的旋花科植物─毛果薯（Ipomoea eriocarpa R. Br.）。本種以其花序幾近無梗且蒴果密披毛而不同於台灣所產的該屬其他物種，本文提供其分類性狀描述與彩色照片。
For the past decade we have witnessed many alien species of plants that have been naturalized to theisland of Taiwan. This paper describes Ipomoea eriocarpa R. Br. (Convolvulaceae) with photos as anewly naturalized species to the island. It is native to the tropical Asia and Africa, and now has beenfound in the central region of Taiwan. This plant is easily distinguishable from other species of the genusIpomoea by its unique characters of sessile inflorescences and pubescent capsular. |
