Atayal Inter-tribal Youth Movements: an Endeavor from the Nan'ao Youth Alliance

作者分享南澳泰雅族青年在部落參與的經驗。南澳青年聯盟原為社區發展協會幹部，在2014年宜蘭縣政府舉辦的原住民青年共識營中聚集起來組成聯盟。一開始的議題是南澳文化園區。青年透過該議題串連、整合部落。接著是核廢料議題。部落面臨高階核廢料可能放置澳花部落，青年們透過收集資料、辦理部落巡迴說明會，以及在東澳部落放置抗爭布條，來喚起部落意識覺醒。南澳青年聯盟所關心的議題從一開始的文化園區，接著核廢料議題，擴展到土地正義、環境正義、族群正義跟世代正義，期待透過青年運動來打破結構不公義。 The authors shared the experiences of Nan'ao Atayal youths'tribal participation. The members of the Nan'ao Youth Alliance were formerly cadres of the Community Development Association, and gathered in the Indigenous Youth Consensus Camp organized by the Yilan County Government in 2014. The initial issue was the Nan'ao Cultural Park; young people connected and integrated tribes through this issue. This was followed by the issue of nuclear waste. The Atayal tribal people faced the risk of high-level nuclear placement plan in Rgayurng tribe. The youths raised the awareness of the tribe by collecting information, organizing tribal briefings, and placing anti-nuclear waste strips in the Dong'ao tribe. The topics of concern for the Nan'ao Youth Alliance have expanded from the the cultural park to nuclear waste issues, and to land justice, environmental justice, ethnic justice and generational justice. They truly look forward to breaking structural injustice through grassroots movements.
