Molecular Mechanisms in TH2 asthma

Overreaction of type 2 helper T cells (TH2) can cause asthma and allergic diseases. The underlyingmolecular mechanisms are very complicated. In this review, we describe the molecular signalingpathways of the TH2 asthma. This will be helpful for development of ameliorative strategy for clinicalapplications. 第二型輔助型T細胞（TH2）之過度反應可造成氣喘及過敏性疾病。其內在分子機制相當複雜。本文獻探討TH2所引起之氣喘的分子機制，對於之後的預防及治療策略將有助益。
