台灣技職教育與測繪產業發展現況之探討--以仁愛高級農業職業學校空間測繪科為例

本文針對技職學校教育與測繪產業之發展現況,分別就產、官、學等三方面進行分析探討,並以仁愛高農空間測繪科為例,進而研討目前測繪教育與其相關產業發展所遭遇之問題與解決方案。國立仁愛高級農業職業學校土木科為突顯課程特色和因應業界人力需求,於102 學年度申請新設空間測繪科並調科改辦,此為台灣職業學校中之唯一創舉。除教育部規定之課程外,本科長期與業界、學界進行密切互動合作,辦理:1.測繪專精訓練、2.學生赴業界短期實習、3.聘請業師協助實務教學、4.與成功大學合作監測廬山地滑專案等,期使高職端教育課程內容與業界同步。本科將測繪課程列為特色課程發展,已於職業學校土木與建築群中獨樹一格,在現今升學主義趨勢下,每年仍維持約一至兩成畢業生至測繪業就業。教育部已於102年著手研修未來105 學年度將實施之新課綱,本文嚐試以多年之測繪教學經驗,以及與學、業界交流經驗進行分析探討,期望拓展技職教育與測繪產業永續發展之道。 This essay analyses and discusses the development of technical and vocational education aswell as surveying and mapping industry, from the aspects of industry, government, and academiarespectively, Department of Spatial Survey and Mapping, National Ren-Ai Vocational AgriculturalSenior High School as an example. Furthermore, it discusses the problems and solutions encounteredduring the development of current surveying and mapping education and the industry. In 2013, Department of Civil engineering, National Ren-Ai Vocational Agricultural Senior High School, in order to highlight the course features and to response the manpower needs of the industry, established the new Department of Spatial Survey and Mapping, which is the only one vocationalschool in Taiwan. Except for the prescribed curriculum, closely and long cooperating with industryand academia, we conduct: (1) Specialization training of surveying and mapping . (2) Short-termstudent internship arrangement. (3) Employing lecturers from the industry to help teachers inpractical teaching. (4) Collaboration project with National Cheng Kung University to monitor andsurvey the Lu-Shan landslide, thus enabling vocational education curriculum to synchronize with theindustry. In vocational schools, the surveying and mapping curriculum was developed ascharacteristic course which is rather unique in the Civil and Architecture group. Under the trend ofcredentialism advancement, graduate employment rate in surveying and mapping industry stillremains about 10 to 20 % per year. In 2013, the Ministry of Education has started to amend a newcurriculum of 2016 for the future. This paper attempts to study relevant issues, according toexperiences of teaching as well as interaction with the industry and the academic field, with hope toexpand a sustainable path for the surveying & mapping education and industry.
