線上辦理全國土地段籍資料總檢核作業之現況

內政部國土測繪中心（以下簡稱國土測繪中心）目前管有全國土地段籍資料庫，提供段籍資料作為地籍資料之目錄索引與空間查詢應用。以往國土測繪中心每年辦理全國土地段籍資料總檢核，利用土地段籍資料庫現存地段屬性資料製作地段屬性檢核表，以紙本形式彙整函送全臺各直轄市、縣（市）政府或地政事務所，待各單位檢核完畢並將成果隨函寄回國土測繪中心，國土測繪中心人員再依照檢核成果辦理土地段籍資料更新。國土測繪中心為有效提升段籍資料檢核效率，維持全國段籍資料之正確性，爰於98年度規劃開發全國土地段籍資料管理子系統，達成線上彙整各登記機關每年定期檢核全國土地段籍資料庫之圖形資料及屬性資料，強化本作業執行效率，減少行政程序所花費之時間。 National Land Surveying and Mapping Center(NLSC) maintains “Nationwide Land-SectionInformation Database” and provides land section number for cadastral information indexing andspatial query application. On a yearly basis, the check lists of cadastral attribute were produced byNLSC acquired from “Nationwide Land-Section Information Database”. Then they send the lists inpaper form to local city/ county governments and land offices on data verification accordingly. Afterfinishing the verification, they send it back to NLSC. Meanwhile, NLSC starts to update thecadastral database according to the result. In this project, in order to improve the efficiency ofcadastral data verification in one hand and make the cadastral data being correct at the other hand, NLSC develops the “Management Information System of Nationwide Land-Section InformationDatabase” in 2009. Therefore, every year NLSC can update “Database of Land-Section InformationDatabase ” which cadastral geometry and attributes are verified on-line from each land office. Thissystem can improve the efficiency of cadastral data verification and reduce time in administrativeprocedures.
