山區辦理地籍測量作業受圖根點數量不足、施測可靠經界物不易及圖解地籍圖伸縮與變形等因素影響,致使測量成果精確度降低。為了提升精確度,本研究於作業中採:(1)使用電子化全球衛星即時動態定位系統e-GPS(Electronical-Global PositioningSystem)測設TWD97(Taiwan Datum 1997)坐標圖根點;(2)繪製TWD97坐標圖廓處理圖解地籍圖伸縮與變形;(3)鐵塔位置展繪於圖解數化地籍圖等步驟進行坐標轉換。本文選擇桃園縣復興鄉山區為測試區,獲得以下結論:(1)山區使用e-GPS測設圖根點是可行的。以6參數轉換最小二乘配置法測設TWD97坐標圖根點成果較佳,其地測檢核距離誤差量最大為1.5公分。(2)圖解地籍圖以4參數轉換繪製TWD97坐標圖廓較符合原始圖廓規格。(3)鐵塔位置以6參數轉換最小二乘配置法展繪於圖解數化地籍圖較符合地籍圖圖紙伸縮與變形的特性。(4)倒傳遞類神經網路應用於坐標轉換成果符合地籍測量作業規範之精度要求。
There are several reasons resulting poor quality of cadastral surveying in mountainous areas.These could be the insufficient numbers of control points, the lack of reliable boundaries anddeformation of stretched cadastral maps. To improve the accuracy level, we use three procedures inthis research to coordinate transformation: (1) Locating control points using Electronical-GlobalPositioning System (e-GPS) on Taiwan Datum 1997 (TWD97). (2) Grids on TWD97 for deformation of stretched cadastral maps. (3) Compiling locations of Taipower towers on digital cadastral maps.By choosing Fusing Township, Taoyuan County as the study area, we outline conclusions asfollows: (1) It is feasible to locate control points using e-GPS in mountainous areas. It is moresuitable to use Affine Transformation with Least- Squares Collocation (LSC) to pinpoint controlpoints on TWD97. In the field work, the maximum distance error is 1.5 cm. (2) It is conformed tothe original specifications by using Conformal Transformation and mapping cadastral gridson TWD97. (3) It is more appropriate to resolve deformation of stretched cadastral maps andcompile locations of Taipower towers on the digital cadastral maps using AffineTransformation with LSC. (4) The results of coordinate transformation usingBack-propagation Network (BPN) are qualified to the accuracy of Cadastration Act. |
