由於網際網路及無線數據通訊傳輸技術蓬勃發展,GPS即時動態定位(RTK)儼然已成為國際測繪及定位技術之主流,特別是結合GPS衛星定位基準網及虛擬基準站(Virtual Base Station,VBS)即時動態定位技術,更是現今世界各先進國家積極建置之即時性動態定位系統。內政部土地測量局(以下簡稱本局)自93年度起規劃建置全國性e-GPS衛星定位基準網VBS-RTK即時動態定位系統,以Trimble公司之GPSNet系統軟體計算區域性改正參數(Area Correction Parameters,ACP),除可延展RTK有效作業範圍外,亦可提升RTK定位精度與可靠度。為評估VBS-RTK定位技術應用於各項測繪業務之成果精度及可行性,本局自94年4月份起至12月止於臺灣中、北部地區進行一系列相關測試結果,已初步證實VBS-RTK定位成果在平面精度約2公分,高程精度約5公分,應可適用於各級基本控制點與圖根之點測設及管理維護檢測工作,預期在不久的未來,亦將廣泛地被應用於社會民生、救災防護、導航監控及各類科學研究等領域。 Flourishingly developing technologies of internet and wireless communication have made the Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning as the main stream of international Positioning System (GPS) network combined with the Virtual Base Station (VBS) has been the real-time kinematic positioning system that developed countries are actively establishing. Since 2004, the Land Survey Bureau (LSB) MOI, has been integrating the existing base stations around the nation to build up VBS-RTK positioning system of the national e-GPS base station network. The e-GPS network has offered the improvement of linear deduction caused from the increase of distance between the single reference station and the rover. This has enlarged the operation area than that RTK can reach. Moreover, the area correction parameters (ACP) derived from Gpsnet software of Trimble Co. also has improved the RTK positioning precision and reliability In order to assess the precision and feasibility of VBS-RTK positioning technique on each survey fields, from April to December of 2005, LSB carried on a series of relevant tests in the middle and northern Taiwan. The tests have already verified that the VBS-RTK positioning precision is up to about 2 centimeters on horizontal level and with about 5 centimeters on high level. The results can be suitable for examining setting up and management to the basic and all orders control points. It is expected that the VBS-RTK positioning technique will be also widely applied the people's livelihood, provided disaster relief and protected, navigated fields and all kinds of scientific research in the near future.
