地面光達可產製大量之點雲資料,進而以描述一完整之三維模型。其量測數據之格式與其後續之處理及所直接描述之訊息,有極大之關聯。史丹佛大學所開發之自由軟體--Scanalyze可進行地面光達資料疊合,本研究以Scanalyze使用之PLY格式,及另一商業軟體所使用之PIF格式為例,探討地面光達三維資料結構及檔案格式。
Ground based lidar can provide massive amount of three dimensional point measurements, which can describe the surface of an object well. The data format and structure of the measured point clouds play a decisive role in the follow-up applications. This study focus on two file formats, the PLY and the PIF. PLY is the format used by Scananlyze, a freeware for point cloud registration developed by the Stanford University. PIF is the format used by one commercial point cloud processing software. |
