BC Cadastral Survey Program on Cloud Platform

智慧手機是目前幾乎大部分人都有的工具，通常具備相機、運算能力與作業系統，如能開發軟體使智慧裝置能進行複丈查詢，在外業測量時能隨時透過手機提供資訊，特別是透過手機相機能隨手紀錄瞬時狀態，上傳後搭配管理機制與相關案件紀錄，進而重建現場狀態，相信對於未來複丈作業能達到不小助益。基於上述目的，本平台以臺中市中興地政事務所管轄資料為基礎，開發【中興複丈歷程平台】系統，現階段已具備地籍資料即時套疊線上圖資，應用照片上傳功能可達成圖根點之記、實地複丈影像紀錄之管理，並導入地籍資料、複丈案件紀錄自動更新機制，無需人力在旁協助；平台以HTML規範製作，可讓裝置不需先行安裝直接在瀏覽器上執行，真正達到跨平台操作之目標，未來期望完成資源互通來打造地政機關專屬雲端系統，完成複丈成果共享機制。 Smart phone is normal tool for majority of people. If there is an APP that can manage photos and courses of cadastral survey, others can get cadastral information on the fly. Resurvey can be done smoothly and benefits in many ways. In this paper, we develop a web APP on Google Cloud Platform. It can be loaded cadastral data on Map and overlaid with WMTS services like NLSC、Google, etc. Taking photos with mapping control points can be made into description of station. Cadastral survey data and records will be updated automatically without workforce. The APP is built with HTML standards so it can be platformindependent. In the future, we expect to complete sharing-resource services to build the “cadastral survey cloud system.
