台灣珍稀樹種叢枝菌根菌之新紀錄種

The New Records of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi from Some Rare Tree Species to Taiwan

本研究對台灣紅豆杉（Taxus mairei）、牛樟（Cinnamomum kanehirai）以及台灣檫樹（Sassafras randaiense）等台灣珍稀樹種所共生之叢枝菌根菌菌種進行調查。在採集到的菌種之中，發現有四種為台灣新記錄種，亦即Acaulospora colossica、A. koskei、Scutellospora aurigloba與S. reticulata，本篇報告主要即描述此四新記錄種的形態觀察。 The rhizospheres of Taxus mairei (Taxaceae), Cinnamomum kanehirai (Lauraceae) and Sassafras randaiense (Lauraceae), the indigenous and endemic tree species in Taiwan, in several sites for arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) belonging to the order Glomales were surveyed. Four species, Acaulospora colossica, A. koskei, Scutellospora aurigloba and S. reticulata were examined and identified as new records to Taiwan. The distribution and morphological characteristics of these AMF fungi are described and illustrated in this paper.
