孟宗竹為台灣地區重要的經濟竹類資源,竹筍生產為其主要的經營目標之一,本研究旨在探討竹山地區孟宗竹之竹筍於不同擇伐作業(連年作業、隔年作業及三年作業)之收支及疏伐和施肥作業對於竹筍產量之影響,所得之結果如下:(1)竹筍之淨收益,以連年作業最高;隔年作業次之;三年作業為最少,其平均值分別為199,755±52,406;121,877±44,606;41,463±2,387(元/ha),結果並未呈顯著性差異。(2)疏伐及施肥處理對於竹筍之產量(支/ha)及單支之平均重量均有促進效果,尤其是疏伐對於單支之平均重量;施肥對於竹筍之產量特別顯著。(3)試驗若同時採用疏伐及施肥處理,所得之B/C>1,二種處理皆不採用則B/C<1,由此可知疏伐及施肥處理在孟宗竹林經營之重要性。 Moso bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla) is one of the commercial bamboo species in Taiwan. One of the major purpose of Moso bamboo management is shoot products. We analyzed income and expenditure for the shoot yields by different selective cutting system ( using 'A' , 'B' and 'C' treatments to represent intervals of one to three years), and both thinning and fertilization effects on bamboo shoot yields in Chu-Sun area. The results showed as followed: (1) Net reventue of A, B, C selective cutting system are 199,755±52,406, 121,877±44,606, 41,463±2,387 (NT/ha), respectively. But they are nonsignificance by ANOVA. (2) Thinning or fertilization treatment can improve both number of shoots per ha and average weight of each shoot. The effects of thinning to average weight of each shoot and fertilization to number of shoots per ha are significance especially. (3) When we adopted both thinning and fertilization treatments the valus of B/C>1, neithor of two treatments the valus of B/C<1, therefore thinning and fertilization are necessary for Moso bamboo forest management.
