An Economic Study on Tree Species of The Plan of National Reforestation Campaign

全民造林運動計畫為當前重要的林業經營政策之一，本研究的目的係在探討全民造林運動計畫有關樹種之經濟問題，應用森林評價公式評估樹種至輪伐期之經濟效益，並以紅檜樹種為例，藉由立木材積生長模式推估林木之收穫量，以探討其經濟收益，研究所得結果將可提供全民造林運動計畫之參考。 The plan of National Reforestation Campaign is an important policy in forest management. The study will discusses the subject of economic problems about tree species in the plan of National Reforestation Campaign. Some forest evaluation equations were applied in this study to estimate economic values of tree rotation. We take a tree species of Chamaecyparis formosensis as an example, according tree volume growth models to illustrate the economic benefit. The results of the study will afford a basis information for the plan of National Reforestation Campaign.
