本研究乃探討由間苯二酚─甲醛樹脂(RF)、酚-間苯二酚-甲醛共聚合樹脂(PRF)、酚-間胺基酚-甲醛共聚合樹脂(PMAF)與相思樹(Acacia confuse Merr)、臺灣二葉松(Pinus taiwanwsis Hayata)之樹皮萃取物所製備之蜜月型膠合劑應用於集成材製造之可行性。所得重要結果歸納如下:RF、PRF、PMAF及六種蜜月型膠合劑應用於柳杉(Cryptomeria japonica Linn.)及柚木(Tectona grandis Linn.)集成材製造時,除PMAF者外,其餘膠合劑所製作集成材均有良好之膠合強度。RF及PRF集成材之靜曲強度明顯較PMAF集成材高,蜜月型膠合劑所製作集成材之靜曲強度則與RF或PRF集成材相當。各不同膠合劑種類或集成材層數所製作柳杉及成材之靜曲強度均在CNS對針葉樹B類一級集成材所規定之350kgf/cm2以上,柚木集成材之靜曲強度則可達闊葉樹A類一級所要求之500kgf/cm2以上。蜜月型膠合劑之加壓時間縮短為8hr,對集成材之常態膠合強度無影響,但耐沸水反覆膠合強度及其集成材之靜曲強度、彈性係數則降低。 This study investigated the feasibility of laminated woods made with honeymoon adhesives prepared by resorcinol-formaldehyde resin(RF), phenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde copolymer resin(PRF), phenol-m-aminophenol-formaldehyde copolymer resin(PMAF) and bark extractives of Taiwan acacia (Acacia confusa Merr) and Taiwan red pine (Pinus taiwanensis is Hayata). The results were summarized as follows: Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica Linn.) and common teak (Tectona grandis Linn.) laminated woods made with RF, PRF, and six kinds of honeymoon adhesives had good bonding strength. The bending strength of laminated woods made with RF, PRF and honeymoon adhesive were better than with PMAF. The bending strength of Japanese cedar laminated woods made with various adhesives and layer number exceeded 350 kgf/cm2, the requisite of CNS 11031 standard for first-class laminated wood made with B group of softwood. Common teak laminated woods exceeded 500 kgf/cm2, the requisite of CNS 11031 standard for first-class laminated wood made with A group of hardwood. There had no influence of the pressing time shorten to eight hours on the dry bonding strength of laminated woods made with honeymoon adhesives, but the bonding strength after repeated boiling water immersing, the bending strength and the modulus of elasticity decreased .
