台灣女性創業家成功關鍵因素之個案研究──以中小企業為例

A Case Study of Key Success Factors of Female Entrepreneurs in Taiwan: A Case Study of SMEs

台灣經濟發展的過程中，中小企業扮演舉足輕重的角色，不但是台灣創造經濟奇蹟，也是讓台灣安然渡過亞洲金融風暴的重要功臣。本研究的目的在於透過個案訪談的方式，試圖對女性創業動機、初期創業的困難點、執業中的困難點、經營狀況與展望有更清楚的認識。透過女性創業成功的案例，進一步探討女性創業之創業歷程。研究結果顯示：人力資本的建構、社會資本的累積，在女性成功創業的過程中均扮演著相當重要的角色。其中，人力資本變數包括：教育、工作經驗、培訓和發展、以及事業突破的機會與工作性能等。社會資本方面則包括：相關的支援、網絡、事業鼓勵等。因此，職涯資本確實有助於協助女性克服困難、提高其成功創業的機率，而相關的學習與資源累積被認為是持續個人事業成長的主要影響因素。 In the process of Taiwan's economic development, SMEs play a pivotal role. Not only is Taiwan creating an economic miracle, it is also an important contributor to Taiwan's safe passage through the Asian financial crisis. The purpose of this study is to seek a clearer understanding of women's entrepreneurial motivation, difficulties in initial entrepreneurship, difficulties in practice, business conditions and prospects through case interviews. Through the successful cases of women's entrepreneurial ventures, the entrepreneurial process of women's entrepreneurship is further explored. The results of the study show that the construction of human capital and the accumulation of social capital all play an important role in the process of women's successful entrepreneurship. Among them, the human capital variables include: education, work experience, training and development, as well as career breakthrough opportunities and work performance. Social capital includes related support, networks, and business incentives. Therefore, career capital does help women to overcome difficulties and increase their chances of successful entrepreneurship, and related learning and resource accumulation are considered to be the main factors affecting the continued growth of individual careers.
