本研究是基於Kinect體感設備,依教育部體育署的規範設計一套銀髮族體適能的30秒肱二頭肌手臂屈舉自動檢測系統。以Kinect設備取得使用者的彩色影像及骨架資料後,自動計時、自動計數屈舉次數。本研究之檢測流程,依國民體適能檢測項目之檢測流程及注意事項,設計四個階段:預備、倒數、檢測及評估,並以狀態機表示檢測流程。本研究可依計數結果及待測者的年齡、性別等資料,查詢常模表格後,評估其檢測結果。本研究之自動檢測系統具有下列優點:(1)自動計數與登錄,減少人為計算錯誤或輸入錯誤的風險;(2)自動計時、自動偵測姿勢,可以把檢測過程自動化;(3)可以依檢測項目之不同,設計導引系統引導受測者了解檢測流程。未來將擴充至其他銀髮族體適能檢測項目。
This study is based on Kinect somatosensory equipment, according to the specifications of the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education, to design a 30 seconds take biceps arm flexion automatic detection system as an example of the seniors physical fitness testing system. After acquiring the user's color image and skeleton data with the Kinect device, the number of flexion times is automatically calculated by automatic timing. The physical fitness testing process of this study, according to the testing process and precautions of the national fitness testing project, is designed in four stages: preparation, countdown timer, detection and evaluation, and the detection process is represented by a state machine. Based on the results of counting and the age, sex, etc. of the person to be tested, the test results are evaluated after inquiring the table of normal distribution. The automatic detection system of this study has the following advantages: (1) can be automatic counting and logging, reducing the risk of human calculation error or input error; (2) can be automatic timing, automatic gesture detection, and automatic detection process; (3) can design a guidance system to guide the process of physical fitness testing system for different testing items. The technology in this study will be extended to other seniors physical fitness testing systems. |
