藉由滋陰補陽方式提升整體基礎體溫來增加不孕症婦女伴有多囊性卵巢症候群懷孕機率之個案報告

Nourishing Yin and Yang to Enhance Overall Basic Body Temperature in Infertility: A Case Report on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome with Infertility Woman

多囊性卵巢症候群為造成婦女不孕症的原因之一，本病例報告描述治療為一不孕症患者，經西醫診斷為患有多囊性卵巢，經過一年賀爾蒙治療後仍未成功受孕，患者的基礎體溫圖形在濾泡期及排卵期都溫度皆低於36.75度，且無雙極性，伴隨有手腳冰冷的症狀，由此得知患者之體質屬於陰陽兩虛之證型，故治療時以滋陰補陽的方式來提升整體基礎體溫，經過兩個月的中藥治療過後成功受孕，藉此病例可知藉由滋陰補陽的運用來提升不孕症患者之基礎體溫來增加受孕成功機率，值得醫者臨床面對此類證型病症時的良好方法之一。 Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is one of the causes of infertility in women. Our case described the treatment of an infertility patient in polycystic ovary condition after one year treatment with hormones. The patient's basal body temperature graph in the follicular phase and ovulation period temperatures were below 36.75 degrees, monopolartemperature, accompanied by cold hands and feet, which shows that the patient's constitution belongs to the Yin and Yang deficiency. With two months of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, patient got pregnancy by nourishing Yin and Yang. Traditional medicine is a worthy clinical practice in infertility woman with PCOS.
