本研究針對捷運系統,發展求解列車排班與列車運用規劃問題的整合最佳化模式。受限於問題的複雜度與環境的限制,過去的研究及實務運作通常是將兩個問題分別求解,由於缺乏整合,一個可行且有效率的時刻表未必可順利規劃有效率的列車運用計畫,甚至有可能不存在可行的列車運用計畫,更不可能考慮整體的最佳化。因此本研究提出可整合兩個求解程序的混合整數規劃模式,並運用於高雄捷運橘線實務案例,分析結果顯示,本研究提出的整合最佳化模式確實可同時求解列車排班與列車運用規劃問題,不論求解效率或求解品質均有顯著的提升。
This study develops an integrated optimization model for the train scheduling and utilization planning problems in mass rapid transit (MRT) systems. Existing literature and actual practices typically regard these two processes separately because of their complexity and the existence of institutional barriers. However, without integrated efforts, a feasible and efficient timetable may end up with an inefficient or even infeasible train utilization plan. Therefore, we proposed a mixed integer programming model to integrate these two processes and implemented it to the Orange Line of the Kaohsiung MRT system. Results of the case study show that the proposed method can simultaneously solve the train scheduling and utilization planning problems as well as significantly improve system performance and solution efficiency. |
