本論文實現智慧生產線之六軸機械手臂的網頁遠端監控系統。整體系統結合RFID技術、六軸機械手臂平台系統及資料庫系統為主體架構,並將主要資料庫系統MySQL伺服器,與網頁遠端監控Apache伺服器架設於六軸機械手臂平台系統上。遠端監控系統包含管理者使用介面與操作人員使用介面。管理者能在機台單機操作,也可以透過瀏覽器開啟網頁遠端監控系統,來即時控管貨物資料、操作人員資料及監控六軸機械手臂之操作。RFID之技術能快速將物品資訊放置伺服器上,以達到效率及準確之提升,亦也將操作人員資料庫控管和遠端操作及監控建置來加以讓整體系統更為完善。研究成果將展示單機操作畫面和網頁遠端監控操作畫面。 This paper implements a website remote monitoring system for a six-axis robotic arm of a smart production line. The main structure of the system combines the RFID technology, six-axis robot arm platform and database system. The MySQL server for database system and the Apache server for webpage remote monitoring were set up on the six-axis robot arm platform. The interface of the system developed for managers and operators. The managers can operate on the manufacturing of the production line and monitor the webpage through the browser to control the cargo data, operators’ information and monitor the operation of the six-axis robot arm. The RFID technology can quickly place item information on the server to improve efficiency and accuracy. It also builds personnel database control and remote operations and monitoring to improve the entire system. Research results demo the stand-alone operation screen and website remote monitoring operation screen.

This paper implements a website remote monitoring system for a six-axis robotic arm of a smart production line.
