The explosive growth of knowledge and the increasing individualization, diversification and speed of training needs have made traditional training courses multiple challenges in terms of development speed, course content and quality. The agile concept originated from the manufacturing field, due to its many advantages in terms of timeliness, flexibility and collaboration, is expected to break through the inherent limitations of traditional training curriculum design and become a new curriculum design idea. Through the review and analysis of related literatures at home and abroad, this paper expounds the connotation of agile concept and its application in education field, analyzes the difference between traditional curriculum development and agile curriculum development, and forms the agile curriculum development principle for teacher training. The development process is exemplified by SAM agile course development and class teacher course development. Finally, five suggestions for how to efficiently introduce agile concepts in curriculum development are proposed: to carry out relevant training on agile concepts; to encourage cross-disciplinary collaborative research and practical applications; to update the organizational model of curriculum development teams; to build a technical environment for agile curriculum development; to build a participatory mechanism for agile curriculum development. |
