After-school service， the traditional field of private supplementary classes has also entered the field of public education today. With the rapid development of society， the demand for education is higher and higher. In recent years， China has introduced policies to make after-school service a public responsibility of the government and give provinces and cities the freedom of implementing it independently. However， the results are not satisfactory， especially in rural areas where resources are relatively weak. The huge after-school expenditure and the after-school education services provided by urban residents objectively lead to the further widening of the gap between urban and rural education. What is gratifying is that “public finance entered the after-school education market， Internet technology and the concept of open interconnection support the development of after-school education in weak areas of the world” has jointly announced to the world the arrival of a new era of after-school open education. In the face of the contradiction between high demand and weak supply in rural after-school service， the policy can’t touch the reality of actual needs， the practice mode can’t grasp the current situation of the characteristics of the times， and so on. Only to comply with the requirements of the new era of after-school open education. The policy of compensatory education is inclined to open up public educational resources， so that the rural areas can connect the world educational resources through the Internet and choose the appropriate development path， in order to improve rural after-school services，narrow the widening education gap between urban and rural areas. |
