The physical space of teaching and learning has been broken in the environment of the e-Learning space. Teachers and students are integrated into the virtual and real learning environment. This research has carried on the empirical research to the teachers in the e-Learning space, has summarized psychological development stage and the characteristic of the teachers, proposed the guidance strategy, design a design template for teaching activities and provide a successful case. The research has guiding value for the front-line teachers to carry out the teaching reform based on the e-Learning space, and has reference significance for further research teaching under the e-Learning space. |
