高雄氣爆新聞中的「災民重生」與「災難重建」：以《自由時報》、《中國時報》、《聯合報》、《蘋果日報》四大報為分析對象

Ideologies of Rebirth and Reconstruction News on Kaohsiung Explosion: Focus on “Liberty Times”，“China Times”，“United Daily News” and “Apple Daily”

本文以高雄氣爆「災民重生」與「災難重建」的相關新聞為主題，聚焦四大 報的報紙與電子報為分析對象，探討高雄氣爆報導中「災民重生」與「災難重建」 的敘述模式。探究災難意義、災民再現與災難重建的意識形態。高雄氣爆新聞中 的「災民重生」的敘述模式具有再製堅強重生、英雄主義式殉難與災難重建的模 式，呈現安慰式、鼓勵式、溫情主義、災難過後正向思考的意識形態。新聞中呈 現罹難者家屬的堅強；重傷者的重生；因公殉職的英雄主義；都從話語產生正向 重建的實踐效應，以環環相扣的再現模式，凸顯災民正面迎向災難的邏輯，而此 正向思考意識形態的報導中，也使得「災民重生」與「災難重建」遮蔽與淹沒災 難結構性的議題。

This paper explores the ideologies and disaster representation in the News on Kaohsiung Gas Explosion. With text analysis， this study analyzed content and discourses of “Liberty Times”，“China Times”，“United Daily News” and “Apple Daily”. 144 news articles published in these four major newspapers included in the analyzed sample. The results showed that the journalists emphasized rebirth， hero discourse and positive ideologies after the disaster. The images of survivors should be strong and positive， and the discourse of victims is heroism. This article wishes to point out how the faces of the victims and the disaster were covered， and what ideologies embedded in the news discourse under positive thinking.
