早期療育服務需求、家庭成果和家庭 生活品質相關研究〜以花蓮縣接受 早期療育服務之家庭為例

The Relationships Among Early Intervention Service Needs, Family Outcomes and Family Quality of Life for Families Who Had Young Children with Special Needs: Take Hualien County as an Example

本研究有二個目的。第一，瞭解花蓮縣接受早期療育服務兒童不同的個人及其家 庭背景在家庭成果和家庭生活品質的差異情形；第二，分析花蓮縣接受早期療育服務 兒童的早期療育服務需求、家庭成果和家庭生活品質三者之間的關係。研究者以問卷 調查花蓮地區接受早期療育服務兒童的家庭，共回收185份有效問卷，研究資料以描 述性統計、差異分析和迴歸等方式來進行資料分析。研究結果如下： 一、 花蓮縣接受早期療育服務兒童的家庭成果受到家庭收入與重要照顧者性別 族群兩變項所影響；不同幼兒性別、接受早期療育時間、家長教育程度、 家長職業、家庭收入和母親族群等變項在家庭生活品質上有顯著差異。 二、 花蓮縣接受早期療育服務兒童的早期療育服務需求程度和家庭成果呈現顯 著正相關，家庭成果和家庭生活品質顯著相關，而早期療育服務需求程度 和家庭生活品質則沒有達到統計上的顯著相關。 本研究藉由問卷調查方式來瞭解花蓮縣發展遲緩兒童家庭的需求、成果和生活品 質的關係，並提出結論與具體建議，做為早期療育實務工作和學術研究之參考。

There were two purposes in this study. Firstly， this study aimed to determine the differences between groups of family outcomes and family quality of life for families who had young children with developmental delays. Secondly， this study analyzed the relationships among needs of early intervention services， family outcomes and family quality of life. A questionnaire with five-point scales was applied. A total of 185 families of young children with special needs participated in this study. A descriptive analysis was used to survey the early intervention service needs， family outcomes and family quality of life. Some one-way ANOVA analyses and the related post hoc analyses were used to analyze the differences between groups of families. Finally， three OLS regression and one multiple regression were conducted to test the relationships among early intervention service needs， family outcomes and family quality of life. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences between groups of family incomes and fathers' race in the areas of family outcomes. Moreover， there were some significant differences between groups of sex， early intervention services period， parents' educational background， parents' occupation， family incomes and mothers' race in the areas of family quality of life. 2. The early intervention service needs were significantly related to family outcomes. Moreover， the family outcomes of families with young developmentally delayed children were highly related to family quality of life. However， there was no significant relation between early intervention service needs and family quality of life.
