Collaborative Study on the Determination of 7-Aminoflunitrazepam in Urine by GC-MS

本研究將先前已建立之尿液中7-aminoflunitrazepam（7-amino-Fm2）的氣相層析質譜法應用於實驗室共同研究。實驗室之共同研究乃依據國際分析化學家協會所建議之方式進行，共有9家台灣的濫用藥物尿液檢驗實驗室參與，分析3組二重複的檢體，各實驗室間尿液中7-amino-Fm2的rSdr及rSdr分別低於9.91%與14.84%，其Horrat值介於0.6~0.7，顯示本方法在實驗室內及實驗室間均具良好的精確性。這些數值顯示本分析方法在各濫用藥物尿液檢驗實驗室間具良好之再現性，未來可作為檢驗實驗室分析尿液中7-amino-Fm2的參考。

A previously published gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the analysis of 7-aminoflunitrazepam (7-amino-FM2) in urine was subjected to an inter-laboratory collaborative study. The method was rigorously defined in terms of performance requirements, yet allowed some degrees of flexibility to individual analysts. The collaborative study followed the guidelines provided by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists International (AOAC International). Each of nine drug-abuse urine testing laboratories in Taiwan participated in the study to analyze 3 samples in duplicate. The repeatability relative standard deviation (RSDr) and the reproducibility relative standard deviation (RSDR) of the measurements of 7-amino- FM2 in urine were determined to be less than 9.91% and 14.84%, respectively. The method showed acceptable reproducibility, as evidenced by HORRAT values of 0.6 to 0.7. The method was thus proposed to be used by the testing laboratories in Taiwan.
