Investigation and Counseling on Self-Management of Chain Food Distributors in 2016

連鎖食品通路商業者為消費者購買各類食品之主要管道，本案透過問卷調查37家連鎖食品通路商業者及現場輔導10家業者之方式，配合衛生福利部發布之「理想食品及農產品通路商企業指引」內容，瞭解並協助國內連鎖食品通路商業者落實於所流通產品之管理措施，衛生單位並配合輔導活動，逐步協助食品通路業者強化管理作為，共同為食品安全把關。

Chain food distributors are major channels for consumers to purchase foods. In this study, 37 chain food distributors were investigated with questionnaire and 10 businesses were counselled on site to understand and assist domestic chain food distributors to keep in compliance with “Guidance for Ideal Food and Produce Distributor Industry” published by Ministry of Health and Welfare. In cooperation with counseling, Health bureaus progressively assist food distributors to strengthen their management to safeguard the food safety together.
